Ordered some new books yesterday...Yay!! I am planning to study Ayurveda through an online program with Kerala Ayurveda Academy in the fall....I thought I would get a jump start on my reading and knowledge of the subject at hand! I have several books by Dr. David Frawley on the use of mantra...he is an excellent author and I hear, is quite knowledgeable in the field of Ayurveda...

I am also really hooked on Ayurveda as well. I am currently reading EAT TASTE HEAL, and am trying to figure out a way to attend the Kripula school of Ayurveda. Blessings
